1. Google reviews
This is probably the highest ROI use of a QR code for any local business. Put a sign at your register or on your receipt that says "Enjoyed your visit? Leave us a review" with a QR code that goes straight to your Google review form. No searching, no friction, just scan and type.
2. Digital menu
Restaurants figured this out during COVID and most kept it. A QR code on the table that links to your current menu means you can update prices and items without reprinting anything.
3. WiFi access
Stop making people ask for your WiFi password.
4. Contact card
A vCard QR code lets someone scan your business card and save your contact info directly to their phone. Name, number, email, website, all of it in one scan.
5. Appointment booking
If you use Calendly, Acuity, or any booking tool put a QR code on your business card and anywhere else customers see you. Scan to book, no back and forth.
