Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No credit card required and no time limit. The free plan gives you 1 dynamic QR code with scan count analytics and PNG and SVG downloads. The only difference is a small watermark on downloaded files.

Can I edit a QR code after printing?

Yes, if it is a dynamic QR code. Dynamic QR codes point to a redirect URL that you can update anytime from your dashboard. The printed code never changes but where it sends people can be updated instantly. WiFi QR codes are static and cannot be edited after creation.

Do my QR codes expire?

No. QR codes created on AQRHub work as long as your account is active. Free accounts stay active indefinitely. There is no automatic deletion or expiration.

What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR code points to a short redirect URL instead of encoding the destination directly. This means you can change where it sends people at any time without reprinting the code. Dynamic codes also track scan analytics.

Will my QR codes have a watermark?

Free plan downloads include a small "Made with AQRHub.com" watermark. Starter and Pro plans remove the watermark completely.

How many scans can I get?

Unlimited scans on every plan. There are no scan caps or throttling on free, Starter, or Pro plans.

What types of QR codes can I make?

AQRHub supports Link, WiFi, vCard, Email, SMS, Phone, and Plain Text QR codes. All types are available on every plan.

Is my data safe?

Yes. AQRHub uses HTTPS encryption on all pages. We do not sell your data to third parties. WiFi QR codes are generated with your credentials encoded in the code itself and are not stored on our servers.

Can I download in SVG format?

Yes. PNG and SVG downloads are available on every plan including free.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account, go to your account settings, and click Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.
