1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AQRHub ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AQRHub is a QR code generation and analytics platform. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AQRHub is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AQRHub to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Abuse the free plan to circumvent paid plan limits

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Free Plan

The free plan is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime or feature availability. AQRHub reserves the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

7. QR Code Data

QR codes you create are yours. AQRHub collects scan analytics data (device type, location, timestamp) to provide the analytics features of the Service. We do not sell this data.

8. Termination

AQRHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AQRHub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

AQRHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
